I ordered a while ago and I’m still waiting for it to show up. I’ve checked my receipt and the confirmation email a few times, but there hasn’t been much helpful info. Frustrating honestly

"Customer service was a total letdown"
I ordered from Coremark Metals and the actual product was fine, so no issue there. But trying to get help from their customer service crew was a headache. Replies took forever, and I had to repeat the same details like I was dealing with a bunch of amateurs. They’re not the worst company out there, but their support seriously needs to get it together.

"I ended up getting the wrong..."
I ended up getting the wrong item in my order, so I had to reach out and get it sorted. It wasn’t the biggest deal, but still kind of frustrating because I was expecting one thing and then... yeah, just not ideal.

"Prices seemed a bit too high"
I ordered a few metal pieces, the total ended up feeling higher than I expected. The shipping and pricing kind of added up quickly. The quality was fine, I guess, but for what I paid, I feel like it should’ve been a better value. I’m not sure I’d use them again...
